Starring John Hannah (The Mummy, Sliding Doors) and Bernard Hill (The Lord of the Rings Trilogy) Madagascar Skin is the tale of the unlikely partnership of Harry, a shy gay man with a birthmark the shape of Madagascar on his cheek, and Flint, a crusty, older and seemingly straight man with a questionable past.

The two meet on a beach when Harry saves a battered Flint from drowning. They retreat to an abandoned house and Harry tends to Flint's wounds.

As time passes, with the elder of the two periodically leaving to steal from nearby cottages, the two grow ever closer.

Madagascar Skin is a beautiful love story from artist and filmmaker Chris Newby.
